Why Servicing Your Life Raft is Important.
Your life raft is an important part of your ships safety equipment. It is the one piece of safety equipment you need to count on and trust to function properly in a time of emergency if it arises. The only way to ensure that total trust in your life raft is to get regular life raft inspections. In your inspection, we look at every part of your life raft but we start by making sure your life raft: 1. Fills with air and 2. Can hold that air for a long period time. We also look for material and equipment decay that is caused by natural causes. We do all this so your life raft works as it is supposed to if needed.
